Moving Emotion

It’s not Yoga. It’s not just Meditation. It’s not a dance class. It is using those elements to become aware of the energy you hold in and around you, consciously bringing mindfulness to your energy field and how it is expressing itself. It is using guided movement, visualization and breath as the conduit for the life force to which you harness your power. Confront, feel and transmute emotions. Release traumas and stagnant energy you may or may not be aware you’re holding onto. Shift in real time that which no longer serves you using your physical vessel as a conduit for change and learn to harness your power bringing awareness to the space you hold. Emerge a more vibrant, healed, authentic version of you, feeling life force running through and around you. Utilizing kneeling and floor stretches, this class is meant for most levels of fitness. Modifications can be given.
